As a client, you will receive notifications via email for several events that occur on the InsightGig platform. These notifications ensure that you never miss out on anything happening on the platform! The table below provides the full list of emails that you will receive from the InsightGig platform.

3 | Welcome email | After profile is approved. | To welcome you to the platform! |
4 | Proposal received email | On receiving a proposal from an expert. | To alert you that a new proposal has been received. |
5 | Proposal reminder email | If you do not respond to a proposal in 48 hours. | A reminder, just in case you forgot to respond to a proposal! |
6 | Proposal edited email | When an expert submits an edited proposal. | To alert you that you can now take a look at the edited proposal. |
7 | Milestone added email | When an expert adds a milestone on your underway project. | To let you know that you can now review the added milestone. |
8 | Milestone edited email | When an expert edits a milestone on your underway project. | To let you know that you can now review the edited milestone. |
9 | Milestone removed email | When an expert removes a milestone on your underway project. | To let you know that a milestone has been deleted. |

11 | Leave a review email | Once InsightGig Admin confirms project is completed. | To encourage you to review your expert for the benefit of others. |
12 | Review received email | Once you receive a review from the expert. | To let you know that you have a received a review from the expert for the completed project. |
13 | Chat message email | For every chat message sent by your expert to you. | To alert you that a chat message has been sent by your expert. |

Please note that all the system generated emails would be from noreply@insightgig.com. If you do not receive an email that you were supposed to, do look for it in the Junk/Spam folder.
